GRAVITY SCALPERS
RMS gravity scalpers are effective and economical for pre-mill trash removal. In addition, one scalper can feed multiple machines.

Mounted on the mill or in line ahead of the mill, these units will remove foreign objects large enough to cause damage to the rolls or bearings.

MAGNETS
Powerful pull-out plate magnets are positioned in the machine to ensure any foreign material comes in direct contact with the magnets. Magnets are full width for superior product cleaning, and protect your machine. Quick release access door allows easy magnet removal for periodic cleaning.

RMS Temperature Gun

The RMS temperature gun is a non-contact-thermometer, which can be used to detect a bearing that is running hotter than the rest. This enables you to determine problems before they become emergencies.

Particle Size Testing kit for Testing Feed

This kit readily provides a general indication of the particle size of your feed.

The testing procedure is as easy as:

Weighing each sieve in grams before adding sample to be tested.
Weigh a 50 gram sample of ground corn or finished feed.
Shake sample, as directed.
Weigh out the remaining particles in each sieve.
Enter the data into the spread sheet we provide.
Automatically obtain your average micron size.

(If a detailed analysis is needed, a sample should be sent to our testing laboratory)
