Heavy Frame Design

RMS Industrial Roller Grinders are designed with rigidity in mind. The machine is made from 5/8" thick plate for maximum strength and durability; this size is the heaviest in the industry, guaranteeing durability for years to come

Grinding Drive Design

RMS Patented Dual Motor Drive allows for a direct drive on all four of the grinding rolls. This increases efficient by eliminating the need for idler bearings, belt tensioners, and costly double sided belts which have a tendency to fail.

Adjusting Particle Size

All adjustments are located conveniently in the front of the machine with standard size hardware; allowing for easy and accurate adjustment of the particle size. We can design a machine to fit your needs with, or without, additional features and accessories.

Quality

 Our state of the art facility has a full CNC machining department with Water jet fabrication. This equipment allows for precise machining and allows us to stay within rigorous quality control specifications.
