Gravity Scalpers

RMS gravity scalpers are effective and economical for pre-mill foreign object  removal. Mounted on the mill or in line ahead of the mill, these units remove foreign objects large enough to cause damage to the rolls or bearings. The angled design diverts the flow of product across the screen and then down; this movement pushes any over-sized material off the screen and out the discharge shoot. Additionally, it supports a plate magnet system.
