ROLL SHARPENING

RMS offers the following machining services:

Supply Replacement rolls that are ISO 9007:2000 certified and dynamically balanced.
We sell replacement solid Cast Iron Rolls, as well as Steel
We offer sharpening and replacement of Rolls, to the US and Canada
Roll sharpening to the customer's specifications
Maintain Roll diameter
Roll balancing
Shaft repair and replacement of bad shafts

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service at a reasonable price. Please contact us with any of your Roll needs.

Customers can schedule to drop off their rolls in the morning and pick them up that afternoon. (Must be dropped off before 8:30am)

RMS can sharpen your rolls with our new Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine.

RMS can provide any of your bearing and replacement part needs.

RMS will work with your company to overcome any custom application.
