RMS stands for ROLLER MILL SERVICE!

 RMS is proud to offer on site service. We have serviced over 900 facilities throughout North America, guaranteeing each of our customers the highest quality service every time.

With over 20 years on the job, RMS has a reputation for completing  projects accurately every time. This means a better quality of feed and less downtime for our customers. We offer comprehensive service options including roll sharpening, roll repair, roll balancing, shaft repair, and shaft replacement. In addition, RMS conveniently keeps an extensive stock of bearings, belts, rolls and other replacement parts on hand to fit an assortment of mill brands.   

Our Service Technicians will work around your schedule to have your machine running at optimum efficiency you can count on

RMS guarantees an average roll diameter of 11.75'' for industrial Mills and 8.75'' for commercial mills

INSTALLATION

Our customers are welcome to use their usual millwrights, but having our experienced  installation crew involved in on the installation often insures that even those "impossible" installations go smoothly.

We would be glad to quote the installation of your new RMS Roller-Grinder. 

Please keep in mind that no matter who installs your new RMS Roller-Grinder, a factory representative will be present the day of startup to instruct and answer any questions your operation people may have.
